Three‑storey building elevation with recessed balconies, green railings, patterned breeze‑block panels, and rooftop planter

Located in the thick of the serene hills of Champawat, the residence is visualised to synchronise practical needs and an interconnection with nature.

The architectural approach focuses on the site’s most alluring asset: the panoramic view of the expanse of hills and fields. The facade embraces large fenestrations and screening elements which seamlessly integrate the visual and the verdant surroundings, and also provide enclosure

The staircase, unlike the convention, is reimagined as a sculptural centerpiece that elevates the spatial experience. It is flooded with natural light which filters through the perforated concrete walls and vertical fenestration. The green railings juxtapose raw concrete and textured block walls, offer a vibrant pop of colour and break the monotony.
