The site is a three-sided open apartment within a multi-building housing society, offering panoramic views of the Aravalli's green belt on one side and Surajkund on the other. Located on the 7th floor, these unobstructed, breathtaking vistas are a defining feature of the property.

The client, a civil engineer and founder of a construction firm, had a distinct vision for the apartment’s aesthetic, which would soon become his family's residence. With extensive experience collaborating with prominent design firms, the client drew inspiration from contemporary homes and desired this design style to be reflected in the apartment’s overall look and feel.
