Explore Proactive I, a 400 sqft recording and podcast studio in Madhya Pradesh, designed by Arth Design in 2023. This interior consultancy project for an educational firm features a highly flexible design with three distinct backdrops and multiple furniture setups, allowing for nine unique shooting combinations. The space seamlessly blends functionality and adaptability, making it ideal for diverse podcast themes. Each of the four walls was uniquely treated, with three serving as diverse backdrops for shoots and one designated for office functionality. By incorporating three distinct furniture setups across the three backdrop walls, we created a total of nine possible combinations. This residence balances earthy and tropical elements, providing a warm, functional, and low-maintenance space designed for an elderly couple. The project addresses the challenges of a mixed-use building and integrates effective design solutions to mitigate sun exposure and traffic impact. This required adhering to an earthy and tropical design brief while effectively screening the structure from the intense southern sun and mitigating the impact of heavy traffic. For the interiors, a specific floor was designated for an elderly couple. Their requirements were for a space that exudes subtlety and warmth, prioritizes functionality, and is easy to maintain. Bhatt's Residence RESIDENTIAL | UTTRAKHAND Scope : Architecture (Consultancy) Area : 4500 sqft Status : Completed in 2022 Design Team : Ayush Jagnani, Shoaib Kamili, Utsav Agrawal Fitout : Antrix Construction Situated amidst the serene hills of Champawat, this residence was designed to accommodate a nuclear family with a dual-purpose layout: the lower floor designated for rental use, while the upper two floors serve as the family’s private living space. To maximize the breathtaking hill views, the façade was thoughtfully opened up, seamlessly integrating the natural surroundings into the design. The staircase, traditionally treated as a service element, was reimagined as a central architectural feature, elevating the spatial experience. A carefully curated material palette was chosen to ensure the building harmoniously blends with its natural environment, creating a cohesive and understated presence. Instead, it elevates the blinds to the status of "art pieces," capable of enhancing any wall or space with aesthetic appeal. The layout is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones each serving a different purpose. The Excite Zone captures visitors' attention with dynamic and stylized displays. The entry partition screen, which also functions as a display, serves as a life-size catalog showcasing the brand's diverse permutations and combinations of blinds. In the Engage Zone, strategically designed pockets showcase blinds within stylized environments, highlighting their role as artistic elements that elevate any wall. This area also facilitates rich discussions between customers and consultants, aiding in the selection of the perfect artistic piece. The Select Zone presents a comprehensive display of the brand's entire range of blinds, enabling customers to thoroughly browse and evaluate each piece, thereby making informed purchasing decisions.
