Instead, it elevates the blinds to the status of "art pieces," capable of enhancing any wall or space with aesthetic appeal. The layout is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones each serving a different purpose. The Excite Zone captures visitors' attention with dynamic and stylized displays. The entry partition screen, which also functions as a display, serves as a life-size catalog showcasing the brand's diverse permutations and combinations of blinds. In the Engage Zone, strategically designed pockets showcase blinds within stylized environments, highlighting their role as artistic elements that elevate any wall. This area also facilitates rich discussions between customers and consultants, aiding in the selection of the perfect artistic piece. The Select Zone presents a comprehensive display of the brand's entire range of blinds, enabling customers to thoroughly browse and evaluate each piece, thereby making informed purchasing decisions. The facade seamlessly integrates terracotta tiles and concrete, establishing a harmonious blend of natural materials. The upper level features two generously sized windows, breaking the terracotta-clad uniformity and inviting ample natural light, creating a dynamic interplay of volumes. Accents of blue in the metal fixtures, such as the gate and grilles, infuse a contemporary twist while maintaining a connection to the natural surroundings. Completed in 2022, this 7th-floor apartment features breathtaking views of the Aravalli green belt and Surajkund. Designed for a civil engineer with a passion for contemporary aesthetics, the residence blends panoramic vistas with modern, refined interiors. Joshi's Residence RESIDENTIAL | HARYANA Scope : Interiors (Consultancy) Area : 2500 sqft Status : Completed in 2022 Design Team : Ayush Jagnani, Shoaib Kamili, Utsav Agrawal Fitout : Antrix Construction The site is a three-sided open apartment within a multi-building housing society, offering panoramic views of the Aravalli's green belt on one side and Surajkund on the other. Located on the 7th floor, these unobstructed, breathtaking vistas are a defining feature of the property. The client, a civil engineer and founder of a construction firm, had a distinct vision for the apartment’s aesthetic, which would soon become his family's residence. With extensive experience collaborating with prominent design firms, the client drew inspiration from contemporary homes and desired this design style to be reflected in the apartment’s overall look and feel. Positioned at the center of attention, a circular podium serves as a focal point, elegantly presenting the season's featured product in a captivating manner. Utilizing fixtures crafted from a blend of metal and wood, a cohesive design language emerges, bestowing the store with a singular identity. Crafted with precision, each unit is tailor-made to showcase a designated product, ensuring its presentation is both striking and harmonious.
